Welcome to New Board members

We are delighted to welcome three new Board members.  There is more detailed information here but below is a brief introduction to Graham, Henry and Fale.

Graham King (Ngāti Tai) - Works for the police and has had a number of roles with them over the years.   Graham is married with two adult children and have 5 mokopuna.  He has type 2 diabetes, has been a participant in medication trials and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Board (started 2020).

Henry Kozac - Born and raised in the UK Henry moved to New Zealand at the beginning of 2020 with his wife and two sons. He has spent the last 15 years working in the advertising industry in both Europe and New Zealand. Since being diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes in 2019, Henry has been on a steep learning curve into every facet of the disease, and it’s the obvious challenges faced by individuals, communities and society at large.

Fale Andrew Lesa - is a JP and shares a home with diabetic parents and grandparents.  Fale is committed to improving outcomes for Pacific people in South Auckland and is heavily involved in governance activities for a range of organisations.
