Poster - Healthy Workplace Programme Evaluation 2014 NZSSD

Diabetes Projects Trust Healthy Workplace Programme, which forms part of the MOH funded Lifestyle programme was evaluated as described in this poster taken to the NZSSD conference in 2014.   Results were that the programme was evolving over time, some workplaces experienced changes, senior management and leadership support and motivation was crucial, and the programme was valued by participants who would readily recommend it.     Authors Kate Smallman, Yvonne Williamson, Hereni Marshall, Briar Bennett
