In a world where operating a small organisation in an increasingly challenging environment is fraught with difficulty, Diabetes Foundation Aotearoa was delighted to be part of a very large collaboration that went into the production of this useful resource. The document was put together by Stephen Moe of Parryfield Lawyers, more detail and further resources here. This document is part 5 of a suite, and is a comprehensive checklist of important areas of policy consideration for new and existing community, small entities/charities etc. While something like this will never be exhaustive, and doesn't take the place of getting expert advice and doing research, it's an excellent 'health-check' as the document calls itself, useful for employees and governance allike to see how they are going in terms of staying safe and effective as an entity in the community.
