Annual Activity report 2000-2001

This summary report covers the financial year July 2000 to June 2001.   It was a busy year, settling into new shared premises in Otara with the team from Whitiora, staff changes, and a review of all the important mahi being carried out by the team.   The Lifestyle programme ran teaching sessions, exercise groups, support groups and worked in the community supporting other organisations and initiatives, including starting the CODA group (Community Organisations for Diabetes Action).  The DCSS Audit was in full swing, busy working in a rapidly changing Primary Care environment.
