Thank you to Elite Business Systems

Being a small community organisation has a lot of benefits, not least the ability to work right in the heart of the community and be nimble and responsive to do things that other, bigger entities may struggle with.   But there are also a few downsides, like the money we bring in goes as much as possible into delivering actual services that make a difference, which means keeping costs way down for the 'roof over our heads' stuff.    Sometimes you run across a business who goes the extra distance to provide support, and one such business is Elite Business Systems.    We've worked with Rob and his amazing team for years. A number of photocopiers have come and gone with their expert people always trying to match us with what will work best for us, at a price that helps us to manage the costs.  They've tirelessly answered our questions, and turned up at short notice to deal with the plaintive cry of "where do I put the toner?" or "google is saying something I don't understand".

Recently Rob surprised us with a donation which is just amazing.  Thanks so much, we know you're busy  people doing the big stuff (offices spread around the motu in Auckland, Hamilton, and the Bay of Plenty) but we are super appreciative that this tiny Otara entity gets treated with just as much care as if we were much bigger, and that you continue to support  Diabetes Foundation Aotearoa and our mahi preventing diabetes and it's complications.
